• Before We process to printing work, if you request cancel, we can cancel your order. But since it start to printing or work, we can't not cancel order and refund.
• Customize products are non-refundable. Please check the design and content carefully before placing an order.
• If there is a problem with the product, we will refund it after checking.
• Printed products are non-refundable. Please check the design and contents carefully before placing an order for printing.
• T-shirts cannot be refunded except if there is a problem with the product.
